A bit about Rebecca: |
Rebecca Cuningham is a young and intelligent businesswoman. When Baloo failed to pay his bills on time, the bank sold the deed to his business and to his plane to her, and she opened 'Higher For Hire' - her own air cargo delivery service.
Rebecca has a nose for business, but is known to be a little stubborn and pig-headed at times, which often lands her in a lot of trouble - she's forever coming up with money making scemes which drives Baloo crazy. Rebecca is also the type of person who likes everything to always run smoothly and to be in order. This, being the complete opposite to Baloo, often causes arguments between the two.
As well as a businesswoman, Rebecca is also a mother for her 6 years old daughter, Molly, who she loves dearly and would do anything for. Rebecca is a widow, and the fate of her husband is unknown as he was never once mentioned in the series. If you weren't familiar with Talespin, it would be very easy to mistake Rebecca and Baloo for a married couple - they way they fight and drive each other crazy. Rebecca also acts as a sort-of mother for Kit (who never new his own mother), often treating him like her son.
